1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. This is a full-time position with 30-35 hours per week, starting wage ranging from $19.00 to $23.00 per hour (based on shift and schedule differential pay). Join us for a 7:00 AM start time on the 1st shift.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Selects and receives incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocates merchandise following handling guidelines and prepares shipments.
• Participates in warehouse inventory counts and maintains cleanliness standards.
• Collaborates with peers, suppliers, and leadership for warehouse efficiency.
• Assists in achieving budgeted goals and follows safety guidelines.

Job Qualifications

Requirements: 18 years of age or older, ability to work independently and in a team environment, and good communication skills. High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, operate industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
