1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our warehouse operations at Aldi. As a part-time team member, you will be responsible for efficiently selecting, receiving, and preparing merchandise for shipment to our stores. Our ideal candidate will demonstrate a positive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with the team.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately and efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse following product handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipment, maintaining warehouse appearance and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and assist in achieving goals.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret company policies, communicate effectively, and work both independently and in a team.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move product weighing up to 45 pounds, operate powered industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
• Follow safety guidelines and procedures accurately.
