1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are currently seeking a 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. This full-time role involves working 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of up to $19.50 - $23.50 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay. The position offers different schedules, including Schedule D and Schedule B.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise in preparation for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with the team.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and report any concerns to management.
• Operate equipment safely and follow company procedures.

Job Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, and drive for success.
• Displays efficiency, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in a team.

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate industrial equipment.
