1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join the team at Aldi. As a full-time position, you will work approximately 30-35 hours per week with starting wages ranging from $20.75 to $26.75 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and interact effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve processes and assist in achieving goals.
• Inspect product quality and safety, acting independently within delegated responsibilities.
• Operate equipment safely and notify management of any issues.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, stand, bend, reach, and operate powered industrial equipment.
