1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join the team at Aldi. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of up to $20.75 - $26.75 per hour, based on the shift and schedule.

Responsibilities

• Receive and select incoming stock efficiently to fulfill orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse appearance standards through cleaning duties.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively within the team.

Requirements

• 18 years old or older to be employed at Aldi.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret company policies, communicate effectively, and work both independently and in a team.
