Join our team at Aldi as a 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler. Our warehouse operations are crucial to ensuring seamless delivery of products to our stores. As a part-time position, you will work fewer than 30 hours per week in ambient and temperature-controlled areas, with a starting wage of $23.75 per hour. Responsibilities include selecting and receiving stock, organizing merchandise, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain warehouse cleanliness.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership for efficient operations.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientious behavior, teamwork, positive attitude, drive for success, and organizational skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
