We are looking for a reliable and hard-working 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. As a package handler, you will play a crucial role in efficiently fulfilling orders, managing inventory, and maintaining the warehouse environment to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Communicate effectively with team members and warehouse leadership.
• Inspect products for quality and safety.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically able to lift up to 45 pounds and operate industrial equipment.
