1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at ALDI. The position involves selecting, receiving, and organizing incoming stock efficiently to fulfill orders. You will be responsible for relocating merchandise, loading and unloading shipments, performing general cleaning duties, and participating in inventory counts. Collaboration and effective communication with peers and warehouse leadership are essential. Additionally, you will be expected to provide input to improve processes and maintain warehouse standards.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Frequent movement of merchandise, sitting, standing, bending, and operating powered industrial equipment.
• Must work in varying temperatures and environments.
