1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are currently seeking a 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. As a full-time employee, you will work approximately 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage ranging from $19.50 to $23.50 per hour, based on shift and schedule differentials. This position offers various shift options, including Schedule D, Schedule A2, and Schedule B, each with unique working patterns.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently handle incoming stock and fulfill store orders.
• Organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and leadership on process improvements.
• Adhere to warehouse budgets and performance goals.

Requirements

• 18 years or older.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and move up to 45 pounds.
