Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse standards. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning tasks to maintain warehouse appearance.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Ensure product quality, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Operate equipment safely and report any issues.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to adapt positively to challenges and changes.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically able to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
