1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handlers to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Package Handler, you will be responsible for efficiently fulfilling orders, relocating merchandise, loading and unloading shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties and maintain warehouse appearance.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate and communicate effectively with peers and management.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Operate equipment safely and follow warehouse procedures.
• Perform all assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
