Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at ALDI. In this part-time role, you will play a crucial part in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores. Your responsibilities will include efficiently fulfilling orders, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse standards. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, able to work both independently and in a team, and willing to go the extra mile to achieve success.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Organize merchandise according to guidelines and prepare for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Inspect products for quality and safety, making suggestions for process improvements.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate concern for quality, safety, and product integrity.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
