Position: 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Company: Aldi

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: Up to $21.00 - $25.00 per hour

Shift: 1st Shift - 7:00 AM start time

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Selects and receives incoming stock efficiently to fulfill orders.
• Relocates merchandise per guidelines.
• Sorts, organizes, loads merchandise for shipment.
• Performs general cleaning, inventory counts, and collaborates with team members.
• Provides input to improve processes and ensures product quality.
• Acts independently to achieve goals and follows safety guidelines.
• Operates equipment safely and reports issues.

Job Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and efficiency.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or in a team.

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Frequently lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
