1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join the ALDI team. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage ranging from $20.75 to $26.75 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay. As part of the 1st Shift, which starts at 7:00 AM, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning and maintenance tasks.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide feedback to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and safety compliance.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic and attention to detail.
• Capability to work independently and in a team.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate industrial equipment.
• Flexibility to work in varying temperatures and environments.
