1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handlers at Aldi. As a Full-Time employee, you will work an average of 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage ranging from $19.50 to $23.50 per hour, based on shift and schedule differentials. Different schedule options are available to suit your availability.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment, as well as unload incoming shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and quality control.
• Operate equipment safely and report any issues.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientious work ethic, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply policies, communicate effectively, and work both independently and in a team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift, move, and operate equipment within the warehouse environment.
