Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. As a full-time employee, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and cleanliness.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership effectively.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and safety.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently or in a team.
