1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are currently looking to hire a 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler at Aldi. This full-time position offers an average of 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of up to $19.50 - $23.50 per hour. Join our team in one of the following schedules: Schedule D or Schedule B.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse as per guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and efficiency.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift products weighing up to 45 pounds and operate industrial equipment.
