1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

Join Aldi as a 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler in a part-time position with fewer than 30 hours per week at a starting wage of $23.75 per hour. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently selecting, receiving, and relocating merchandise within the warehouse, preparing shipments, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards. You will work collaboratively with the warehouse team, follow company policies and procedures, and ensure efficient warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise in accordance with guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide input for process improvements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move up to 45 pounds.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
