1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are currently seeking Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handlers to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Package Handler, you will play a crucial role in efficiently fulfilling orders from stores, relocating merchandise, sorting and loading products for shipment, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill orders accurately.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Conduct warehouse cleaning and inventory tasks.
• Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide feedback to improve warehouse processes.
• Ensure product quality, safety, and sanitation standards are met.
• Operate equipment safely and maintain warehouse efficiency.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate concern for quality, safety, and teamwork.
• Adapt positively to challenges and strive for success.
• Organized, efficient, and adheres to company policies.
• Excellent communication and basic arithmetic skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
