Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. This part-time position offers an average of fewer than 30 hours per week with a starting wage of $23.75 per hour. Our warehouse package handlers play a crucial role in efficiently receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores to ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse following product handling guidelines.
• Strategically sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to improve processes.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically able to lift and move up to 45 pounds.
