Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers competitive wages starting at up to $26.75 per hour. As a Warehouse Package Handler, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain warehouse appearance.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to enhance processes.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate quality, safety, and collaboration competencies.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
