1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join Aldi's team. The position offers up to $18.00 - $24.00 per hour (based on shift and schedule differential pay) for an average of 30-35 hours per week. The selected candidate will be responsible for various warehouse duties, including receiving incoming stock, merchandise relocation, loading and unloading, inventory counts, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise throughout the warehouse.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties and warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Inspect products for quality and safety.
• Assist in achieving budgeted goals and process improvements.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Work independently and in a team environment.
