Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Operations Supervisor to join ALDI. In this role, you will manage and supervise warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company guidelines. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to motivate and develop a team to achieve operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Establish and modify daily work schedules to meet warehouse needs.
• Oversee product receiving, selection, and shipping processes.
• Develop action plans to enhance operational performance.
• Provide clear direction and expectations to direct reports for effective teamwork.
• Maintain a safe work environment and ensure adherence to regulations.
• Monitor expenses and inventory, making adjustments as necessary.
• Lead Warehouse Associate meetings and facilitate team development.
• Observe and evaluate employee performance, providing feedback and coaching.
• Address warehouse issues and escalate concerns as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and safety practices.
