Job Description

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as 1st Shift Warehouse Entry Level employees at Aldi. As a warehouse worker, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, maintaining warehouse standards, and contributing to a collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise in accordance with guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively within the warehouse team.
• Provide input for process improvements to warehouse management.
• Inspect product quality and contribute to budget goals.
• Operate equipment safely and follow company procedures.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, drive for success, and organizational skills.
• Ability to interpret and apply policies, communicate effectively, perform basic arithmetic, pay attention to detail, and work independently or in a team environment.

Physical Requirements

• Lift products weighing up to 45 pounds at various heights.
• Movements include bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, lifting, carrying, and walking in varying temperatures.
• Safely operate powered industrial equipment.
