1st Shift Warehouse Entry Level

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our warehouse team at Aldi. As a 1st Shift Warehouse Entry Level employee, you will play a crucial role in the efficient receipt, selection, and delivery of products to our stores. This part-time position offers an average of fewer than 30 hours per week and starts at $23.75 per hour.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Efficiently receive and select incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and ensure budget goals are met.
• Operate equipment safely and report product quality or safety concerns.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret company policies, communicate effectively, perform basic arithmetic, and work independently or in a team.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, stand, bend, reach, and operate industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures, hot/cold environments.
