Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores. With an average workweek of fewer than 30 hours, our warehouse associates play a crucial part in ensuring our customers receive high-quality products.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise throughout the warehouse according to handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain warehouse cleanliness.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to improve processes.
• Ensure product quality, safety, and sanitation standards are met.
• Operate equipment safely and report any issues.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
