Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As part of our warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores. Our warehouse team works in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas, ensuring that our customers receive high-quality products for their enjoyment.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to improve processes.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently to meet job requirements.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, and drive for success.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and handle products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
