Job Description: Our warehouse operations ensure the proper receipt, selection, and delivery of products to our stores for our growing customer base. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise as per guidelines and prepare for shipment.
• Perform general warehouse cleaning and maintain safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and assist in goal achievement.
• Operate equipment safely and report product quality or safety issues.
• Follow company policies and procedures accurately and efficiently.

Job Qualifications:

• Minimum age of 18 to work at ALDI.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret and apply policies, communicate effectively, and work independently or in a team.

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, perform warehouse tasks, and operate industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures, stand, sit, bend, reach, and walk.
