Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team at Aldi. As a warehouse associate, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness. You will collaborate effectively with team members and contribute to achieving warehouse efficiency and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement.
• Inspect product quality and address safety concerns.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift, move, and operate equipment in varying temperatures.
