1st Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently receiving and selecting incoming stock for order fulfillment, moving merchandise within the warehouse, loading and unloading shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and assisting with inventory counts. The ideal candidate will collaborate effectively with team members, demonstrate attention to detail, and operate warehouse equipment safely.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies, communicate effectively, perform basic arithmetic, and follow instructions.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds on pallets, move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, reach, grip, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk throughout the warehouse.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate powered industrial equipment.
