Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 1st Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team at Aldi. As part of our warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in receiving and organizing products for delivery to our stores. This position offers an opportunity to work fewer than 30 hours per week at a starting wage of $23.75 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Move merchandise within the warehouse following product handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move items up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
