Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As part of our warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores. This position offers an average of fewer than 30 hours per week with a starting wage of $23.75 per hour. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Collaborate effectively with teammates and warehouse leadership.
• Provide feedback to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and address safety and sanitation issues.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years.

• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lifting products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Moving merchandise throughout the warehouse.
• Standing, bending, reaching, and operating equipment.
• Working in varying temperatures including cold environments.
