1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are hiring for the position of 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in receiving, relocating, sorting, organizing, and loading merchandise in preparation for shipment. You will also participate in maintaining warehouse appearance standards, inventory counts, and effective communication with peers and warehouse leadership.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically.
• Perform general cleaning duties and assist in inventory counts.
• Cooperate and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• Capability to operate powered industrial equipment safely.
