Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in receiving and handling stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, and maintaining warehouse efficiency and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Receive and store incoming stock accurately.
• Move and organize merchandise following guidelines.
• Prepare orders for shipment and unload incoming deliveries.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Collaborate with warehouse management to enhance processes.
• Inspect product quality and address any safety concerns or issues.
• Operate equipment safely and follow ergonomic guidelines.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions.
• Capable of working independently and within a team.
