1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are hiring for the position of 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate at Aldi. This role is Full-Time, consisting of 30-35 hours a week, with a starting wage ranging from $19.50 to $23.50 per hour based on shift and schedule differential pay. The shift begins at 7:00 AM.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise in the warehouse according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties and participate in inventory counts.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to be employed at Aldi.
• Display conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and efficiency.
• Strong communication, basic arithmetic, and organizational skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds on pallets at different heights.
• Move merchandise, bend, reach, grip, push, pull, lift, and walk throughout the warehouse.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
