1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As part of our warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring the smooth flow of products in and out of the warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Provide input for process improvement to warehouse management.
• Inspect product quality and adhere to safety guidelines.
• Operate equipment safely and report any issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years old.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

Must be able to lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, stand, bend, reach, and operate powered industrial equipment in various temperatures.
