Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the team at ALDI. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating with peers and leadership to ensure optimal warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently receive and select incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and management.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect products for quality and safety concerns.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Strong communication and basic arithmetic skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
