1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are currently hiring for the position of 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our warehouse. You will be responsible for various tasks, including stock selection, merchandise organization, shipment preparation, and warehouse maintenance. Your dedication to quality, safety, and productivity will contribute to the overall success of our warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise in preparation for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and suppliers.
• Provide input to management for process improvement.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation compliance.
• Operate equipment safely and follow ergonomic procedures.
• Perform all assigned tasks accurately, efficiently, and according to company policies.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Basic arithmetic skills and the ability to work independently and in a team.
• Experience operating powered industrial equipment preferred.
