Job Description
We are looking for a motivated 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing incoming stock, organizing merchandise, loading shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
- Relocate merchandise according to warehouse guidelines.
- Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipments.
- Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
- Collaborate effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.
- Provide input to enhance warehouse processes.
Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Ability to follow company policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Capacity to perform basic arithmetic equations.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and in a team.
Physical Requirements
- Lift and place products up to 45 pounds on pallets.
- Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
- Work in various temperatures and environments.
- Stand, bend, reach, grip, push, pull, lift, and walk.
