Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. This role offers an average of 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage ranging from $18.50 to $24.50 per hour, depending on the schedule and shift. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties and assist in inventory counts.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate industrial equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
