We are looking for a reliable and dedicated 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in efficiently fulfilling orders received from stores, ensuring merchandise is organized and prepared for shipment, maintaining warehouse appearance standards, and cooperating with peers and leadership to improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders effectively.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and provide input for process improvement.
• Inspect product quality and notify management of any concerns.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, resilience, drive for success, and organizational efficiency.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, work in varying temperatures, and operate industrial equipment safely.
