Job Description

We are currently hiring for a Full-Time Warehouse Associate position at Aldi. The role offers various schedules, including 1st Shift with starting wages ranging from $19.50 to $23.50 per hour. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards. Additionally, you will collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to enhance processes and achieve budgeted goals. The role requires physical labor, including lifting up to 45 pounds and operating powered industrial equipment.

Job Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must be 18 years of age or older and demonstrate qualities such as conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and efficiency. High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
