Job Description
We are looking to hire a 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in selecting, receiving, relocating, sorting, loading, and unloading merchandise efficiently while maintaining warehouse standards. This position requires the ability to collaborate effectively, communicate with peers and leadership, and drive success through proactive actions.
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
- Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
- Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
- Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain warehouse cleanliness.
- Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and leadership through effective communication.
- Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
- Inspect product quality and report any concerns to management.
- Perform all tasks accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with company procedures.
Job Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to follow company policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment.
- Basic arithmetic skills.
