Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness. Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
- Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
- Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
- Perform general cleaning tasks to meet safety standards.
- Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
- Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
- Inspect product quality and safety, reporting any issues to management.
- Adhere to company policies and follow safety guidelines.
- Operate equipment safely and notify management of any concerns.
Job Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older to work at Aldi.
- Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and goal-driven behavior.
- Ability to interpret company policies, communicate effectively, and follow instructions.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate industrial equipment.
