1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are seeking a 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a warehouse associate, you will play a crucial role in fulfilling orders, organizing merchandise, and maintaining warehouse efficiency. You will work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with peers and supervisors to meet quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently for store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate with warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation issues.
• Operate equipment safely and follow ergonomic guidelines.
• Complete tasks accurately and efficiently within company policies.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and handle products up to 45 pounds.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Basic arithmetic skills for inventory management.
• Capacity to work independently and in a team setting.
