1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and energetic Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and preparing orders for shipment. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina for lifting and moving products, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise as per product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Provide feedback for process improvement.
• Inspect products for quality and safety.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, resilience, drive for success, and efficiency.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, work in varying temperatures, and operate powered equipment.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, and team player.
