1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the team at ALDI. This position offers 30-35 hours per week with an attractive starting wage ranging from $20.75 to $26.75 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay.

Shift Information

1st Shift starting at 7:00 AM with various schedule options available, including A1, A2, B, C, and D.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently for order fulfillment.
• Relocate merchandise as per guidelines and prepare for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness.
• Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and management.
• Provide input for process improvement and budget goals achievement.
• Inspect and report on product quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Operate equipment safely and follow ergonomic procedures.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies, communicate effectively, and work independently or in a team.

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, operate equipment safely, and work in varying temperatures.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
