Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, and maintaining warehouse standards.

Responsibilities

• Receive and select incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Organize and relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Load and unload shipments, maintaining a strategic layout for efficient shipment preparation.
• Participate in warehouse cleaning and inventory counts as needed.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and leadership to ensure effective communication and operational improvements.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to work at Aldi.
• Demonstrated ability to act conscientiously and collaborate within a team environment.
• Positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Efficient organizational and executing capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds, frequently move stock, and operate powered equipment safely.
• Basic arithmetic skills and ability to interpret company policies and procedures.
• Experience in warehouse operations is a plus.
