1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are currently hiring for the position of 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate at Aldi. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic warehouse environment with competitive wages and benefits.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and cooperate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide feedback to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and adhere to safety guidelines.
• Act independently within the scope of responsibilities.
• Assist in achieving budgeted goals and follow company policies.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication and arithmetic skills.
• Attention to detail, ability to work independently and in a team.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise, stand, bend, reach, grip, push, pull, and walk throughout the warehouse.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate powered industrial equipment.
