Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a key role in receiving and organizing incoming stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, and ensuring warehouse cleanliness and safety. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Cooperate with team members, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and achieve goals.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Experience operating powered industrial equipment is a plus.
